Confidence isn't something you're born with—it's something you build. Like a good meal, it’s all about having the right ingredients and the patience to cook it just right. Here’s our go-to recipe for showing up with boss energy, even when imposter syndrome tries to creep in.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of self-affirmation

  • 2 cups of preparation

  • A pinch of power poses

  • Generous dash of “do it scared”

  • Optional: red lip, bold playlist

Instructions:

  1. Start with intention. Ask yourself: what does confidence look like for me today?

  2. Mix in an affirmation. Try: “Confidence looks good on me.” Repeat until it feels real.

  3. Add preparation. Whether it’s reviewing notes, planning your outfit, or setting boundaries—prep creates peace.

  4. Stir in posture. Stand tall. Shoulders back. Head up. Power poses do more than you think.

  5. Bake in action. Take a step before you overthink. Let it rise in the doing, not the doubting.

Serving Suggestion:

Best served with boundaries. Reheat when self-doubt returns.
