Hi, I’m Gerrard—HR leader, author, and the heart behind Zenco Solutions.

This brand was born from a simple but powerful realization: so many people are doing their best to succeed in their careers while silently struggling with burnout, self-doubt, or a lack of purpose. I’ve seen it. I’ve lived it.
